Poking Sleepyhead

I colored an awesome lineart by ~Temmy.

This was really just for practice, because I really liked the lines and wanted to give them a shot. It took freaking forever...because of school it took like a super on-and-off two weeks, because I barely ever got time to work on it.

I tried out soft cell shading...and I have to say, I really loved it. It worked great on the skin, which is my favorite part of this. I managed to redeem the hair coloring...after that it went kinda downhill. I had higher hopes for this, but I hope you guys enjoy it as a little fun piece to look at.

My favorite part of this picture is the guy's ear. I just think it looks cool.

...The background and cushion could have been better, but I really wanted to finish it...choosing good colors for this was kind of tough. I really like soft cell shading now, though! :3 The blush was fun to do as well.

Used Photoshop CS2...took way too much time and used way too many layers and blah blah blah. @_@
